On July 13, 2024 at approximately 10:30pm deputies responded to a disturbance near Irvin Cobb Road. Bobby Etheridge is believed to be in possession of a stolen firearm that he threatened others with during a physical altercation. He was lodged at the Calloway County Detention Center. There were no injuries during the altercation.

On July 3, 2024 at approximately 11:00am deputies conducted a traffic stop on S. 12th Street in Murray. The driver was found to be in possession of illicit drugs. She was lodged at the Calloway County Detention Facility.
