Paducah Woman Charged With Trafficking In Fentanyl

On Thursday afternoon the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Paducah Woman during a joint drug investigation. Detectives seized counterfeit pills containing Fentanyl, Crystal Methamphetamine, Marijuana, Clonazepam, and assorted drug paraphernalia during the investigation.

Over the past several months, The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office had received information alleging that illegal drug activity was taking place at 623 West Jefferson Street in Paducah. Following an investigation detectives obtained and executed a search warrant at the residence on Thursday afternoon.

The Sheriff’s Office was assisted during the investigation and search warrant service by both Marshall and Calloway County Sheriff’s Offices.

During the investigation detectives located 34-year-old Maggie Hatcher in a vehicle at her residence. Hatcher was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine, a Fentanyl pill and drug paraphernalia.

During a search of the residence detectives seized additional Fentanyl pills, Marijuana, doses of Clonazepam, and assorted drug paraphernalia indicative of drug trafficking. Hatcher was arrested and charged in connection with the drugs found.

Maggie Hatcher was lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.

Arrested: Maggie L. Hatcher 34, of West Jefferson Street (Paducah)

Charges: Trafficking in Fentanyl, possession of Methamphetamine, possession of Marijuana, possession of a 3rd degree-controlled substance (Clonazepam)and possession of drug paraphernalia.
