Kentucky Transportation Cabinet • District 1
PADUCAH, Ky. (June 25, 2024) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) has reopened a section of KY 795/Scale Road in Marshall County.
KY 795/Scale Road had been closed at mile point 4.3 since June 11, to allow a culvert to be replaced between Milliken Mill Lane and Maple Hill Church of Christ.
Motorists who travel KY 795/Scale Road should be aware that the excavation has a gravel cap with rough pavement signs posted. Caution is required. The excavation will be allowed to settle for a time before a paving crew places a permanent asphalt cap over the new culvert.
The Marshall County Highway Maintenance Crew worked with a contractor to complete the culvert replacement project a week ahead of schedule.
