
On June 24, 2024, at approximately 11:50pm deputies conducted a traffic stop on Hwy 641N at Charlie Miller Road. The driver was found to be in possession of a controlled substance that was not prescribed to her. She was lodged at the Calloway County Detention Center.

On June 18, 2024, at approximately 8:30pm deputies executed a search warrant at a residence on Hwy 641 Bypass South. A firearm was located and Reginald McNutt, a convicted felon, was arrested. The investigation was assisted by the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, along with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.

On June 16, 2024, at approximately 8:30 pm deputies were called to a residence on Lancaster Road. Deputies made contact with the below listed subject who was acting in an erratic manor. While attempting to take the subject into custody she resisted and headbutted a deputy. She was lodged at the Calloway County Detention Center.

On June 15, 2024, at approximately 10:30pm deputies were notified by Murray City Police that there was a vehicle that was refusing to stop for their officers in the area of Main Street and 15th Street. Upon deputies’ arrival the suspect vehicle continued to flee. The pursuit continued through multiple roads and fields; at times almost striking deputies. While in Canterbury subdivision the vehicle was stopped and the driver taken into custody. Multiple Calloway County Sheriff’s Office vehicles were damaged in the course of the incident; however, no one was injured. It was found that the driver had a felony warrant issued by Henry County Tennessee.

On June 11, 2024, around 9:00am the Calloway County and Marshall County Drug Task Force arrested a Murray couple for numerous drug trafficking charges. Detectives began a drug investigation at a residence on Arbor Creek Dr. where they located approximately 30.0 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine, 18.5 grams of Cocaine and Crack Cocaine, 14.9 grams of Marijuana, over $20,000.00 in cash believed to be proceeds of illegal drug trafficking.
Detectives arrested Andre V. Chism and Rebecca S. Holmes in connection with the illegal drugs found inside of the residence. Chism has an extensive criminal history with numerous prior guilty convictions for trafficking Methamphetamine and Cocaine. Chism and Holmes are both out on bond after being arrested for numerous drug trafficking charges stemming from a Marshall County investigation in October of 2023. Chism is currently out on parole at the time of his arrest. Both were placed under arrest with the assistance of the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.
