On Juny 7th 2024 at approximately 6:02 P.M. deputies conducted a traffic stop on a Chevrolet Malibu on Valley Street for a traffic violation.
During the traffic stop a front seat passenger was identified as Dakota Walden. Deputies conducted a search of the vehicle and discovered that Dakota Walden was in possession of 6 grams of Marijuana, 17 grams of Methamphetamine and more than 140 Xanax pills.
Dakota Walden was arrested and lodged in the McCracken County Jail. Dakota Walden was currently out on parole for prior drug trafficking charges at the time of this arrest.
Dakota James Walden, 26 years old of Paducah Kentucky.
- Possession of Marijuana.
- Trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree 2nd offense (Methamphetamine) greater than 2 grams.
- Trafficking in a controlled substance 3rd degree 2nd offense greater than 20 dosage units.
