
On 06/04/2024, Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, Benton Police Department and Probation and Parole combined efforts to capture several probation violators/absconders. A total of 6 violators were captured and lodged in the Marshall County Detention center. See details below:
-Donald Davis (44) of Gilbertsville was arrested at a residence on Owens Street in Gilbertsville for Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 2nd offense (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
-Anthony Albritton (58), no address given, was arrested at a residence on Gilbertsville Hwy on a warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of Probation Violation.
-Eugene Faust (43) of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested on Hall Drive in Gilbertsville on 2 warrants. One warrant was issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of probation violation. The other warrant was issued out of McCracken Circuit Court for the charge of probation violation.
-William Widmer (48) of Benton was arrested and charged with probation violation.
-Patrick Lemieux (50) of Benton KY was arrested by the Benton Police on a bench warrant issued out of McCracken Circuit court for the charge of Probation Violation. During the arrest, Officers located a quantity of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Lemieux was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree > 2 gms of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. Also located with Lemieux was a Daundra Diehl (44) of Benton. Diehl was arrested and charge with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Diehl was currently on a deferred prosecution for previous drug charges.
On 06/01/2024, Kerry Tremper age 53 of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of failure to appear in court.
On 06/02/2024, Kelvin Ham age 53 of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for the charge of failure to appear for court. A search warrant was also conducted on the residence occupied by Mr. Ham and deputies located drugs and evidence in violation of his current court orders. Deputies charged him with violation of a KY EPO/DVO, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, prescription controlled substance not in proper container and possession of controlled substance 1st degree (Opiates).
