Westfall “Wes” L. Davis, 85 of Gilbertsville, Kentucky died on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at Parkview Nursing Center in Paducah, Kentucky.
Born Saturday, December 10, 1938 in Piggott, Arkansas, he was the son of the late Clint Davis and the late Edna Williams Davis. He was the former co-owner of Catfish Kitchen.
He is survived by nieces, Sherry Payne of Benton, KY, Tamara Wilfinger of Clinton Township, MI; great nephews, Nicholas Webber of Murray, KY, Cody Wilfinger of Chicago, IL; and great-nieces, Nicole Taylor of Metropolis, IL and Stephanie Russo of Clinton Township, MI.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 65 years, Judy Watson Davis; son, Van Davis; brother, Woody Davis; sisters, Jean Johnson, Wanda Randol, Mary Wagner and Gala Cloin.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 20, 2024 at 1:30 PM at Moreland Cemetery in the Moors area with Bro. C.C. Brasher officiating.
Burial to follow at Moreland Cemetery.
A public visitation will be on Monday, May 20, 2024 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Collier Funeral Home Chapel located at 211 West 5th Street Benton, KY 42025.
