Mr. Robert L. Halsell, age 91, of Mayfield passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024 at his residence.
He was a member of Northside Church of Christ, former owner of Halsell’s Frame Shop and a retired dispatcher for KY State Police.
Mr. Halsell is survived by one son, Steve (Teresa) Halsell of Mayfield, KY; one daughter, Stephanie Halsell (John) West of Hickory, KY; a special friend, Doris Colley of Mayfield, KY; three grandchildren, Brittaney Halsell, Aaron West and Brittain West; and four great grandchildren, Callie Halsell, Atlas West, Caleb West and Joshua West.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean Alderice Halsell; one sister, Betty Arnett; and his parents, George and Callie Garrison Halsell.
Graveside services for Mr. Robert L. Halsell will be 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at Farmington Cemetery. Jimmy Miller, John West and Ricky Taylor will officiate. Interment will follow.
Visitation will be 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. on Thursday at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
