Billy Wayne Fraser, age 80, of Bardwell, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at Baptist Health in Paducah.
Bill was born June 3, 1943, in Lovelaceville, Kentucky. He was the son of the late Toy and Helen Fraser.
Bill was a former Carlisle County Sheriff, Judge Executive, and retired from the Kentucky Department of Agriculture.
Bill is survived by his wife of 63 years, Shelia; three sons, Jerry (Cathy) Fraser of Mayfield, Larry (Delissa) Fraser of Cunningham, and Gary Fraser of Mayfield; one grandson, Caide (Taylor) Fraser of Murray; and two great-grandchildren, Liam and Luke Fraser.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Bob Fraser, and his parents.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 12, 2024, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell, with Bro. Harold Draper and Bro. Jason Henderson officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at the funeral home.
