Mr. Corey Lee Herndon, age 45 of Reidland, KY passed away at his residence in Monday, April 8, 2024. He was an electrician at Herndon Electric and a member of Gospel Mission Worship Center. He was a fan of football- loyal to the Cincinnati Bengals, he loved to fish, and was a wonderful father, brother, uncle and friend. He loved life and always had a smile on his face.
He is survived by a son- Jackson Leon Herndon; his brothers- Kevil (Jill) Herndon of Reidland, KY, and Gerren (Crystal) Lawson of Mayfield, KY; a nephew- Josh (Nikki) Herndon of Ledbetter, KY; nieces- Maddie (Caleb) Monroe of Mayfield, KY, and Chloe Herndon of Reidland, KY; his great-nephew- Cash Herndon; and great nieces- Cambell and Copelyn Herndon.
He is preceded in death by his father- Leon Herndon; his mother- Debbie Lawson and stepfather- Lewis Lawson.
Memorial Services for Corey will be held at 12:00 Noon on Friday, April 12, 2024 at the Gospel Mission Worship Center in Reidland, KY with Rev. Ron Wells and Rev. Jim Wright officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour on Friday, April 12, 2024 at the church.
