-On April, 04, 2024, Deputies were dispatched to a complaint in reference to an individual not returning a vehicle to its rightful owner. After a short search of the vehicle, it was later located in the Aurora Community. Traci Southall (55) of Benton, KY was found to be the operator of the vehicle and the individual who was reported to have never returned said vehicle. Ms. Southall was then cited into court for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle 1st offense.
-On April 04, 2024, Deputies were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision and made contact with an operator of one of the vehicles, Tommy Vick (74) of Hardin, KY. Mr. Vick was found to have an active Warrant of Arrest issued out of Marshall District Court for the charge of sexual abuse 1st degree. Mr. Vick was arrested for the arrest warrant and lodged into the Marshall County Detention Center.
March 28, 2024
-On 03/28/2024 Deputies assisted Probation and Parole upon request at an address off of Mayfield Hwy. Probation and Parole Officers conducted a home visit and located what they believed to be illegal narcotics. Further investigation revealed several grams of suspected methamphetamine, several grams of marijuana, multiple items of drug paraphernalia, and a large sum of cash. As a result of the investigation the following were arrested:
-John Ordunez (36) of Paducah, KY:
-Trafficking in controlled substance > or = 2 grams meth
-Trafficking in Marijuana less than 8oz
-Amanda Ordunez (40) of Ledbetter, KY:
-Trafficking in controlled substance > or = 2 grams meth
-Trafficking in Marijuana less than 8oz
-James “Jamie” Gore (46) of Benton, KY:
-Trafficking in controlled substance > or = 2 grams meth
-Trafficking in Marijuana less than 8oz
John Ordunez was also served a Parole Violation Warrant
March 29, 2024
-On 03/29/2024 Stacy Clark (47) was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication after Ms. Clark was located at a Service Station in Hardin, KY acting erratically.
-On 03/29/2024 Jessica Lambert (41) of Melber, KY was arrested and served a Graves County Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear.
March 30, 2024
-On 03/30/2024 a Deputy observed a vehicle swerving on US HWY 68 E and conducted a traffic stop. After a short investigation it was determined that the driver, Laura Reed (57) of Paducah, KY was under the influence of alcohol. Ms. Reed was then charged with Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol-1st offense and reckless driving.
-On 03/30/2024 Dillon Nicholas (24) of Gilbertsville, KY was arrested and served two Marshall County District Court Bench Warrants for Failure to Appear
March 31, 2024
-On 03/31/2024, Floyd Thompson (68) of Hardin, KY was arrested and charged with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place after Deputies were dispatched to a disturbance in Aurora.
April 01, 2024
-On 04/01/2024 Deputies responded to a disturbance and trespassing complaint off of Gilbertsville Hwy. Upon arriving on scene, Deputies located Sharon McLean who was acting erratic and standing near the roadway. Sharon McLean (28) of Salem, MO was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.
-On 04/01/2024 Deputies were dispatched to an address off of Little Bear Hwy for a disturbance. As a result of the investigation, Elisabeth Rose Stroud (20) of Gilbertsville, KY was arrested and charged with Strangulation 2nd degree, and Assault 4th degree.
April 02, 2024
-On 04/02/2024 Deputies were dispatched to a campground in Gilbertsville for an intoxicated subject. Deputies located Dwaine Wallace (45) of Gilbertsville, KY who was later arrested for Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree and Alcohol Intoxication in a public place.
On 3/22/2024, Richard Spurlock age 35 of Beaver Creek OH, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, speeding and other traffic offenses. Deputy arrested Spurlock when the vehicle he was operating was stopped on US 68 W in Marshall County.
On 3/21/2024, Melissa Louati age 37 of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant that was issued out of McCracken District Court for the charge of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine).
On 3/23/2024, Theodosia Lambert age 34 of Murray KY, was arrested when the vehicle she was operating was stopped on US 641S near Toy York Rd. Lambert was charged with driving on a DUI suspended license 1st offense, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 3/23/2024, deputies stopped a vehicle being operated by a Tamica Hale on KY 1484 in Marshall County. A passenger in the vehicle was identified as Christopher Linsin. Hale was discovered to operating the vehicle with a DUI suspended license.
Hale, age 43 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with careless driving, driving on a dui suspended license 2nd offense. Linsin, age 51 of Benton KY, was also arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 3/24/2024, Annamarie Turner age 31 of Murray KY, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and menacing.
On 3/24/2024, Chase Williams age 34 of Calvert City KY, was arrested on a bench warrant charging him with Assault 2nd degree. Williams was charged after it was discovered that he had stabbed another male during an altercation. This case is still under investigation by Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.
