On 3/5/2024, Aaron Dripps age 37 of Hardin KY, was served an indictment warrant for the charges of possession of a handgun by convicted felon, Murder, trafficking in controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (> or = 4 gms of cocaine), possession of drug paraphernalia, terroristic threatening 3rd degree and possession of marijuana.
On 3/5/2024, Mark Carter age 29 of Dickinson TX, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of controlled substance 1st offense, tampering with physical evidence, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance 3rd degree when the deputy stopped to check on a vehicle that was stopped on the side of I69 in Marshall County. Deputy located Carter in the drivers seat slumped over. After an investigation Carter was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail.
On 3/3/2024, Courtney Hawkins age 28 of Benton KY, was arrested when the vehicle that she was operating was stopped on Hwy 641 S in Marshall County. It was discovered that she had an outstanding warrant issued out of Marshall District court for the charge of Theft by unlawful taking $500<$1000.
On 3/1/2024, Juan Ledezma age 64 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charges of assault 3rd degree (EMS, fire, or rescue squad) 3 counts, Assault 3rd degree (police and probation officer) 3 counts,
disarming a peace officer, resisting arrest, public intoxication and disorderly conduct 2nd degree.
On 03/03/2024, Kayla Thompson age 34 of Marion IN, was arrested when the vehicle that Thompson was operating was stopped on US 68 W in Marshall County. Thompson was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense.
On 3/1/2024, Joe Henson age 47 of Benton KY, was arrested when deputies were called to a residence on Easy Street for a disturbance. Henson was charged with assault 4th degree and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. A few hours later Henson began harassing the victim of the assault and was arrested again for violation of a KY EPO.
On 3/1/2024, Jessie Reed age 40 of Calvert City KY, was served an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of flagrant non support.
On 3/4/2024, Colby Lindsey age 26 of Calvert City KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of Burglary 3rd degree.
On 3/5/2024, Casey Fletcher age 34 of Henderson KY, was arrested on 2 bench warrants issued out of Marshall Circuit court both for the charge of probation violation.
On 3/4/2024, Nicholas Jarvis age 41 of Madisonville KY, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property $10,000 or more when he was located exiting a reported stolen 2024 GMC 3500 truck on Lakeview Church Road in Marshall County. The vehicle was reported stolen from McCracken County.
