Edmundo Jose Aviles Callejas, 78, of Paducah passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at his residence.
Edmundo was a translator and immigration consultant and was a member of St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church.
Surviving is one daughter, Barbara (Hector) Morales of Texas; four siblings, Sandra (Rafael) Suarez, Oscar Aviles, Maria Aviles, Emilia Aviles; six grandchildren, Brandon Aviles, Ashlie Aviles Laporte, Marina Morales, Marianna Morales Martinez, Edmundo Blake Aviles, Alexander Aviles; four great-grandchildren; one nephew, Jaime (Irma) Rios; and his special dog, Sugar.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Aviles; one son, Edmundo Aviles Jr.; and his parents, Cesar Aviles and Maria Angelica Callejas Aviles.
Funeral services will be at 1:00pm on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at Lindsey Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
Friends may visit the family from 11:00am to service hour on Wednesday at the funeral home.
