On 02/12/2024, Wendy Garnett age 46 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st offense 2nd offense (methamphetamine).
On 2/12/2024, James Sorrells age 48 of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for the charge of flagrant non support.
On 2/12/2024, Dillion Nicholas age 24 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing 3rd degree.
On 02/10/2024, Jason Mathus age 44 of Calvert City KY, was arrested following a traffic stop on the vehicle that he was operating. Mathus was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree 2nd offense (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, improper use of blue lights, and no lights on vehicle in tow. A search warrant was executed at the Mathus residence off Griggstown Road in Marshall County and deputies recovered a firearm and more evidence of drug trafficking. Mathus was then charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. The wife of Mr. Mathus, Nanette Mathus, age 50 was also arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jason Mathus was also served a summons for probation violation.
On 2/9/2024, Robert Mosbaugh age 56 of Benton KY, was arrested when the vehicle he was operating was stopped on Griggstown Road in Marshall County. Mosbaugh was charged with possession of controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), failure to maintain insurance, possession of marijuana, and other traffic offenses.
On 2/9/2024, Robert Mosbaugh age 56 of Benton KY, was arrested when the vehicle he was operating was stopped on Griggstown Road in Marshall County. Mosbaugh was charged with possession of controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), failure to maintain insurance, possession of marijuana, and other traffic offenses.
On 2/9/2024, Lillian White age 18 of Hardin KY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of controlled substance 1st degree, possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl), careless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia. Ms. White was stopped on US 68E due to her driving carelessly.
On 2/8/2024, Brandon Rosario age 27 of Hardin KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Graves District Court for the charge of operating on a suspended or revoked operators license.

On 02/07/2024, Caleb Wagers age 37of Benton KY, was arrested when officers with Probation and Parole requested assistance at a residence on Dunn Cemetery Rd in Marshall County. Wagers was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl), possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
