On 1/30/2024, Kalvin Carter age 26 of Benton KY, was arrested on a 2 bench warrants both issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for failure to appear and the other for probation violation.
On 1/30/2024, Jami Wilkerson age 39 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit court for the charge of failure to appear. Wilkerson was found to have a container on her person that had a white powder substance inside of it. Wilkerson was also charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 2nd offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
On 1/30/2024, Charles Browning age 39 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct 2nd degree and public intoxication.
On 1/31/2024, Alexander Evans age 26 of Hardin KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charges of strangulation 1st degree, wanton endangerment 1st degree, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, assault 4th degree and criminal mischief 2nd degree.
On 1/31/2024, Benjamin Hollis age 61 of Hardin KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Calloway Circuit Court for the charge of Bail Jumping 1st degree.
On 2/3/2024, Ashley Wadlington age 36 of Princess KY, was arrest and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 2nd offense. Wadlington was arrested when the vehicle she was operating was stopped on US 68 W in Marshall County.
On 2/3/2024, Richard Carter age 59 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Muhlenberg District Court for the charge of fraudulent use of a credit card.
On 2/4/2024, Eric Sutton age 44 of Paducah KY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 2nd offense, speeding and careless driving. Sutton was arrested when the vehicle he was operating on US 641 was stopped for suspicions of being under the influence.
On 2/5/2024, Joshua Helton age 38 of Calvert City KY, was arrested and charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no license to be in possession and several other traffic offenses.
