On January 28, 2024 KSP was dispatched to the residence that the juvenile was known to reside in Princeton, KY. KSP responded and investigated the death of the juvenile’s mother, Kelly Black. Through investigation it was determined that black received a gunshot wound to the back of the head. The juvenile biological father and juvenile have not been heard from since Friday January 26, 2024. The juvenile is believed to be with her biological father Byron Black who has an arrest warrant for the murder of the juvenile’s mother Kelly Black. He is suspected to be armed and dangerous.
