10/30/23 – Kevin W. Faircloth, 53, of Mansfield, Ohio, was arrested for an active warrant out of Marshall County. The charges were for Burglary 1st Degree, Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree, Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree.
11/05/23 – Darron C. Nelson, 26, of Benton, was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under Influence of Alcohol 1st Offense & Possession of Open Alcoholic Container in Motor Vehicle.
11/05/23 – Roy B. Marchand, 45, of Benton, was arrested for Operating on a Suspended or Revoked License, Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance 1st Offense, Trafficking in Marijuana (less than 8 oz) 1st Offense, & for a “Fugitive” warrant out of Illinois.
11/06/23 – Justin Hardy, 39, of Benton, was arrested for Speeding > 26MPH or More Over the Limit, Reckless Driving, Failure to Wear Seat Belts, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance 1st Offense, No Registration Plates, No Registration Receipt, Driving on Suspended License 1st Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Offense (Meth), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana & for an active warrant out of Marshall County with charges of Terroristic Threatening 3rd Degree, Harassment (No Physical Contact).
