Ms. Mary Jo Tubbs, age 59 of Hardin, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at her home.
Mary Jo was born in Ohio on September 6, 1964 to the late James Snider and Verna (Shupe) Snider. She was a homemaker who loved her family and grandkids deeply.
She is survived by her partner, Greg McKendre of Hardin; two sons, Jeff Tubbs (Tiffany) of Calvert City, KY and Travis Tubbs of Benton, KY; daughter, Amanda Williams (Ronnie) of Benton, KY; three brothers, Danny Snider (Sharon), Allen Snider, Buddy Snider, all of Ohio; four sisters, Elva Snider of Ohio, Glenna Walker (Danny) of Hardin, KY, Gale Spruance (Steven) of Ohio, and Donna York (Junior) of Benton, KY; her former husband, Jeff Tubbs of Benton and ten grandchildren, Kirsten, Austin, Halle, Gracie, Kayle, Sarah, Addy, Jordan, Carson and Ivy.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ray Snider and Jimmy Snider; and sister, Linda York.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Collier Funeral Chapel located at 211 West 5th St. Benton, Kentucky 42025.
Interment will follow.
Visitation will begin at 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at the funeral home.
