Donald Edward Martin, age 76, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away at 12:40 A.M. Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center.
Don was born in Paducah on Tuesday, August 12, 1947 to Louis and Helen Martin. He was a retired Chemical Operator with United States Enrichment Corporation. He enjoyed camping, traveling in his RV, golfing, fishing and woodworking. Don and Martha were members of Lone Oak First Baptist Church.
Mr. Martin is survived by his wife of 54 years, Martha Pickard Martin; his son, David Allen Martin (Vanessa) of Springfield, Tennessee; his brother, Herbert Martin (Debbie) of Reidland, Kentucky; his grandson, Brayden Alexander Martin; his step grandsons, Zach and Dylan Jones.
Mr. Martin was preceded in death by his parents, Louis H. Martin and Helen Pickett Martin; his sister, Patricia Cooper.
Funeral services are scheduled for 12:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Bob Martin and Rev. Jeff Wallace officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Paducah.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at the funeral home.
