Phyllis Louise Faulkner Fieldson, 94 of Paducah passed away Thursday January 4, 2024 at Rivercrest Place in Paducah.
Phyllis was the second child of Othel and Pina Louise Durfee Faulkner. Born on the 20th day of April 1929 in the community of Bay City, Pope County Illinois.
She is survived by her children, Richard Jeffrey Modglin of Paducah and Patricia Denice Modglin Krusemark of Chesterfield, MO. Three grandchildren, Jeremy Modglin of Murfreesboro, TN. Amanda Nowicki of Arvada, CO., Alexis Anne Gore of Farmington, MO. One sister, Patricia Braemmel.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Othel Faulkner and Pina Durfee Faulkner.
Phyllis was a staff nurse and worked her entire nursing career in the critical care units of Lourdes Hospital. She was a daughter of the American Revolution. Honorary Kentucky Colonel, Paducah Ambassador, Volunteer for Lourdes Hospital Auxillary. 20 year member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
A memorial visitation will be 9 a.m. January 15, 2024 at Lindsey Funeral Home. With Memorial Services to follow at 10 a.m. The Rev. Jim Boyd and Rev. Jamie Broom officiating.
