
Dec. 15, 2023:
-Aiden Olar (19), of Benton, KY, was served a Criminal Summons issued out of McCracken County District Court for the charge of theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting).
-Christopher Renner (56), of Gilbertsville, KY, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance 1st degree (meth), drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana after Deputies were called to a residence in the Tatumsville community for suspicious activity.
-Logan Enoch (36), of Mayfield, KY, was arrested after a traffic stop on US HWY 641 N for the charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense. Mr. Enoch was also arrested on a bench warrant for Failure to Pay issued out of Calloway County District Court.
Dec. 16, 2023:
-Ethan Hicks (28), of Calvert City, KY, was arrested after Deputies were called for a vehicle off in the ditch on I-24. When Deputies arrived it was determined that the operator, Mr. Hicks, was under the influence of alcohol and was charged with the following: operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/substances 1st offense, operating a vehicle on expired operators license, possession of controlled substance 1st degree (drug unspecified), drug paraphernalia, prescription controlled substance no in proper container, and improper parking violations.
-Lloyd Stevens (71), of Hardin, KY, was served a criminal summons issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of retaliating against a participant in a legal process.
-Teresa Dowdy (41), of Murray, KY, was served a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for Probation Violation (Felony Offense).
-David Cline (54), of Benton, KY, was served a bench warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for failure to appear on a previous DUI charge.
Dec. 17, 2023:
-Landon Walker (18), of Hardin, KY, was served a complaint warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for the charge of Criminal Mischief 3rd degree. This stemmed from a previous investigation where damage was located at the Hardin City Park Pavillion.
-Jaycub Smock (22) and Kelsey Bonnell (23), of Gilbertsville, KY, of Gilbertsville, KY, were arrested after a traffic stop was conducted on US HWY 68 E in Draffenville. Mr. Smock was identified as the driver of the vehicle and was charged with the following: possession of controlled substance 1st degree 2nd offense (Meth), trafficking in controlled substance 2nd degree > or = to 10 dosage units (amphetamine), trafficking controlled substance within 1,000 feet of school, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and multiple traffic offenses. Ms. Bonnell was the passenger of the vehicle and was charged with the following: trafficking in controlled substance > or = 10 dosage units (amphetamine), trafficking controlled substance within 1,000 feet of school, drug paraphernalia, and tampering with physical evidence.
-Jacob Thweatt (33), of Benton, KY, was arrested and charged with assault 4th degree minor injury after Deputies were called to a disturbance at a residence in the Harvey Community.
Dec. 12, 2023
-Patrick Nunes (64) of Corpus Christi, TX, was arrested from a traffic stop after it was determined that Mr. Nunes was under the influence of alcohol. Mr. Nunes was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense, speeding 24 mph over, no registration plates, and no registration receipt.
-Adam Brien (38) of Calvert City, KY, was served a Criminal Summons issued out of Marshall District Court for the charge of Harassing Communications. This stemmed from a previous investigation from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office after it was reported that Mr. Brien was harassing others by electronic communication.
-Timothy Fite (63) of Benton, KY, during a traffic stop was charged with possession of controlled substance 2nd degree, drug paraphernalia, prescription not in proper container, license to be in possession, failure to produce insurance card, and one headlight.
