Mary Kathryn Hendrix, age 84, of Bardwell, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023, at Clinton Place Nursing Home.
Mary was born in Bardwell on April 3, 1939, to the late Jesse and Genevieve Hendrix. She was a devout Christian and a member of Corinth United Methodist Church. Mary loved to read her bible daily and enjoyed listening to the local Christian radio station. She also frequently updated her journal that she wrote in for many years.
Mary is survived by one sister-in-law, Brenda Hendrix of Gaffney, South Carolina, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Earl Hendrix, and her parents.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at Roselawn Cemetery in Bardwell with Bro. Wendell Gray officiating. Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell is in charge of arrangements.
There will be no public visitation.
