Ms. Betty Maynard, age 82, of Pilot Oak, KY passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023 at her residence.
She attended Bethlehem United Methodist Church and was a retired registered nurse with Morgan-Haugh Clinic.
Ms. Maynard is survived by two sons, James Shane Maynard of Wingo, KY and Wayne (Edwina) Maynard of Almo, KY; five grandchildren, Shayla (Austin) Schramer of Pilot Oak, KY, Shayna (Brandon) Maynard of Hodgenville, KY, Nathan Maynard of Murray, KY, Chris Wilder of Hardin, KY and Jeremiah Maynard of Troy, TN; three great grandchildren; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one grandson, Jacob Adkins; one sister, Maxine Rodgers; three brothers, Conrad Rodgers, Dillard Rodgers and John Willard Rodgers; and her parents, Hubert and Gladys Perkins Rodgers.
Funeral services for Ms. Betty Maynard will be 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 8, 2023 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Rick Walker will officiate. Interment will follow at North Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at the funeral home.
