Coleman Lee Shelton, 70 of Eddyville passed away on Friday, December 1,2023 at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.
He was born in Whitley County, Kentucky on Friday, October 2,1953 the late Billy Shelton and the late Shirley Morgan Shelton. Coleman worked as an engineer at Evonik and a member of Kuttawa Independent Church. He was an avid fisherman and UK fan. Coleman cherished time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Makayla Hancock Shelton; three daughters, Ashley Phillips (Ryan), Amberly Bouland and Allison Bowman (Jason); one brother, Wendell Shelton; five sisters-in-law, Sammie Styers, Darla Marshall, Mitzi Steakley, Karrie Duke, and Stephanie Walker; and ten grandchildren, Isaac Phillips, Jayden Bouland, Carmen Phillips, Genesis Bowman, Hudson Phillips, Jaxon Bouland, Kalel Bowman, Maddox Phillips, Jace Bouland, and Piper Hawkins.
A graveside service will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, December 3, 2023, at Marshall County Memory Gardens located at Hwy U.S. 641 North Benton, Kentucky 42025 with Bro. Jed Ramey.
There will be no public visitation.
