On 11/21/2023, Cody Gough age 18 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct 2nd degree, resisting arrest and assault 3rd.
On 11/22/2023, Justin Hardy age 39 of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Lyon District Court for the charge of contempt of court.
On 11/22/2023, Donnell Bledsoe age 43 of Benton KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant issued out of Marshall District court for the charge of harassing communications.
On 11/22/2023, Kelvin Ham age 52 of Benton KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant issued out of Marshall District court for the charge of wanton endangerment 1st degree.
On 11/24/2023, Daniel Fowler age 38 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with careless driving, failure to produce insurance, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and possession of an open alcoholic beverage in motor vehicle. The vehicle that Fowler was operating was stopped in Marshall County near Highway 641N.
On 11/24/2023, Henry Scott age 48 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested when the motorcycle he was operating was stopped following a pursuit. Deputies attempted to stop Scott for speeding and Scott accelerated and fled from deputy. Scott was observed driving in a dangerous manner to elude deputies. Scott was taken into custody at a residence on Hawkeye Road in Gilbertsville. Scott was charged with reckless driving, speeding 18 mph over limit, fleeing or evading police 1st degree, no motorcycle license.
On 11/25/2023, Sharon McClean age 28 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested on two bench warrants issued out of Marshall District court both for failure to appear.
On 11/26/2023, Jerico Nelson age 33 of Grand Rivers KY, was arrested and charged with driving on a DUI suspended license and other traffic offenses.
On 11/19/2023, Bilson Trantham age 48 of Columbas GA, was arrested and charged with careless driving, operating on a suspended or revoked license, no registration, failure of owner to maintain insurance, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, possession of open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, and driving on dui suspended license. Trantham was arrested when the vehicle he was operating was stopped on I69 in Marshall County.
On 11/18/2023, Sarah Hill age 39 of Dexter KY, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (hydrocodone), failure to register transfer motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, prescription controlled substance not in proper container 1st degree, and other traffic offenses.
On 11/17/2023, Willard Springs age 51 of Gilbertsville, KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant for the charges of criminal trespassing 2nd degree, and receiving stolen property $1000 < $10,000. Springs was located at a residence on Owens Street and found to be in possession of methamphetamine and digital scales. Springs was then additional charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), tampering with physical evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 11/17/2023, Keith Gordon, age 48 of Benton KY, was arrested and served a warrant issued out of Graves District Court for bail jumping 2nd degree.
