Big Orange Madness officially kicked off the 2023-24 Marshall County basketball season on Friday at Reed Conder Gymnasium. The festivities kicked off with a BBQ dinner followed by introductions and skills or games from all ages of Marshall County Youth Basketball and middle school players.
Members of the Marshall County Special Olympics basketball team made their way through the sparkling tunnel for introductions.
Introductions and performances from Marshall County High School’s dance team, cheerleaders and pep band members were followed by introductions and scrimmages from the Lady Marshals and Marshals.
The Lady Marshals will open the season on Tuesday, Nov. 28 at home against Caldwell County. The Marshals will also open at home on Monday, Nov. 27 against Crittenden County.
