Bonita “Bonnie” Coffenberry, 66 of Symsonia, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at her residence.
Bonnie was born in Dayton, Ohio on March 21, 1957 to the late David Snow and Ruth Hollingsworth Snow. She worked in administration at Special Needs Community Alternatives where she helped those in need. Bonnie enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. She was a member of Hamlet Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Johnny Coffenberry; two sons, Michael Pratt (Laura) of Calvert City and Charles Kenneth Pratt of Hardin; two step-sons, Jeff Coffenberry (Rachel) and Andy Coffenberry, all of Benton; three sisters, Davalane Fulks of Benton, Becky Cornwell (Pat) of Benton and Joy Menser of Madisonville; eight grandchildren, Cody Pratt, Hayley Bond, Brooklin Pratt, J.R. Pratt, Faith Pratt, Hope Pratt, Lindsey Gamble and Cliff Coffenberry; eight great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brother-in-laws, David Fulks and Larry Menser; and her parents.
A funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Collier Funeral Home with David Little officiating.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Collier Funeral Chapel, 211 West 5th St., Benton, Kentucky.
