Calvert City, KY (October 30, 2023) – On October 09, 2023 the Calvert City Police Department responded to the Calvert City Country Club in reference to two golf carts being damaged. It was discovered that on Saturday, October 07, 2023 there was a wedding reception taking place in the banquet hall above the Pro Shop. A subject from the party is seen on the surveillance cameras in the area behind the Pro Shop where the golf carts are kept. The subject can be seen damaging the ignition to two golf carts with knives. The subject was identified as Ethan Cole Hicks, 28, of Calvert City. A report of the incident was sent to the Marshall County Attorney’s Office for review. Marshall County District Court Judge Telle issued a criminal summons for criminal mischief 3rd degree on October 17, 2023. Ethan Hicks was served the criminal summons on October 26, 2023.
