Mr. David Edward Forth, 71, of Benton, passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2023 at Spring Creek Healthcare in Murray.
David was born on July 2, 1952 in Mayfield, KY to the late Harold Forth and Barbara Cope.
He is preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Megan Forth; a granddaughter, Layla Forth and a sister, Betty Garland.
Surviving is a daughter, Mandy English of Benton; a brother Tim Forth (Cindy) of Murray; a sister, Nancy Ingram (Johnny) of Murray and three grandchildren, Jaxon Forth, Aniston Kinsey, Isaac Kinsey.
A graveside service will be held at 1 pm on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at Hicks Cemetery. Sammy Cunningham will officiate.
