Alice Hayden, 80, of Symsonia, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at Baptist Health Paducah.
Alice was born on October 19, 1942 to the late Rudy and Ruby Cunningham Bolen. She spent many years working in the deli for Walmart in Benton and also in Paducah. She was a member of Oak Level Missionary Baptist Church, and earlier in life led her Sunday School class at her previous church Elva Baptist Church. In her free time she loved watching UK basketball and going fishing. Alice was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend who loved everyone that she ever met or came in contact with. More than anything else her grandson and great-grandson held a very special place in her heart.
She is survived by her son, Michael Hayden (Dena) of Benton, Kentucky; one grandson, Michael Sizemore; one great-grandson, Noah Sizemore; one sister, Patricia Higdon of Paducah, Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Hayden; one sister, Patsy Gibson; and her parents.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 25, 2023 at Vanzora Cemetery with Bro. C.C. Brasher officiating.
