On 09/13/2023, Joshua Hudspeth age 39 of Benton KY, was arrested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Brewers Hwy. Hudspeth was charged with driving on a dui suspended license, failure to maintain insurance and no registration.
On 09/13/2023, Nicole Thompson age 47 of Hardin KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of contempt of court on the original charge of assault 2nd degree.
On 09/08/2023, Joshua Lawrence age 40 of Smyrna TN, was served an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charges of Burglary 1st degree, kidnapping (adult), unlawful imprisonment, assault 4th degree, sexual abuse 1st degree, and terroristic threatening.
On 09/13/2023, Kelly Harris age 42 of Paducah KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charges of Burglary 1st degree, kidnapping (adult), sodomy 1st degree, unlawful imprisonment assault 4th degree, wanton endangerment 1st degree, rape 1st degree, and terroristic threatening 3rd degree.
On 09/14/2023, Travis Starks age 29 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 2nd offense (aggravating circumstances) and no registration plates. Mr. Starks was arrested at the scene of an accident that occurred on Griggstown Road.
On 09/14/2023, William Casteel age 32 of Hardin KY, was arrested at the scene of an accident that occurred at Resort Road. Mr. Casteel was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense.
On 09/15/2023, Haley Nelson age 37 of Paducah KY, was arrested on the charge of public intoxication when she was located on a property under the influence of controlled substances and refused to leave the property. When deputies arrived Nelson was located in a vehicle on the property that did not belong to her, and was refusing to exit the vehicle.
On 09/15/2023, Alex Gentry age 29 of Paducah KY, was arrested following a report of a vehicle traveling down I24 at a high rate of speed with a rear wheel missing. Vehicle was located and stopped at exit 47. Gentry was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and reckless driving.
On 09/15/2023, Emily Peck age 32 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested and charged with assault 4th degree.
On 09/15/2023, James Hardy age 37 of Burna KY, was arrested and charged with assault 4th degree and violation of a KY epo/dvo.
On 09/16/2023, Brian Toon age 37 of Mayfield KY, was arrested and charged with operating motor vehicle under the influence 2nd offense (aggravating circumstances), improper lane usage when he was stopped on Main Street for swerving multiple times.
On 09/16/2023, Melissa Baker age 44 of Benton KY, was charged for harboring a vicious animal when deputies were dispatched to the residence for a dog attacking a satellite repair worker. The worker was transported by ems to a Paducah Hospital for treatment of their injuries.
On 09/17/2023, Steven Garner age 22 of Benton KY, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, fleeing or evading police 2nd on foot, theft by unlawful taking $500 < $1000, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. These charges stem from an investigation into a collision that occurred on Dogtown Road in Marshall County. When deputies arrived on scene, they located a male and female that claimed to be involved in the collision and both complained of injuries. Garner stole a phone from the female and fled the scene on foot. Garner was located a short time later at residence on Buck Lane where he again fled on foot and was apprehended and taken to the hospital for treatment of his injuries.
On 09/17/2023. Tanner Pollard age 28 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and other traffic related offenses. Pollard was arrested during a traffic stop on US Hwy 641 in Marshall County.
On 09/17/2023, Derek Darnall age 37 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant issued out of Marshall District Court Charging him with criminal trespassing 3rd degree.
On 09/17/2023, Patience Smith age 22 of Hardin KY, was arrested and charged with assault 4th degree.
On 09/17/2023, Zachary McNeely age 22 of Hardin KY, was arrested and charged with assault 4th degree.
On 09/18/2023, Haley Nelson age 37 of Paducah KY, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing 2nd degree when Nelson was located on a property, she had just 2 days prior been trespassed from entering.
On 09/18/2023, Cheyanne Robertson age 29 of Benton KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant obtained by a Marshall County deputy. The warrant was for Assault 4th degree. Charges stemmed from an investigation into a complaint where Robertson assaulted another female and left prior to law enforcement arrival.
On 09/19/2023, Sara Conner age 43 of Hardin KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of McCracken Circuit Court for the charges of contempt of court.
On 09/19/2023, Tyler Hastings age 18 of Paducah KY, was arrested and charged with assault 1st degree, assault 4th degree, burglary 1st degree, criminal mischief 1st degree, wanton endangerment 1st degree, terroristic threatening 3rd degree and assault 4th degree. These charges stem from an investigation into a reported disturbance on US 641 in Marshall County. It was reported that Hastings has kicked the door in on a residence and took a phone from a resident. Hastings then assaulted the female repeatedly. Hastings fled the scene but not before taking his vehicle and repeatedly ramming the victim’s vehicle. When Hastings fled the area, he located a family member of the first victim driving down the roadway and followed the family member and proceeded to run the family member off the roadway into a field. When the second victim got out of their vehicle, Hastings accelerated at the second victim and struck the second victim with the bumper of Hastings vehicle. Hastings fled the area and was later located at a residence in McCracken County.
