On July 6, 2023 deputies were called to a verbal altercation between two individuals. It was reported that the below listed suspect began throwing rocks at the vehicle of the second subject on Peeler Road, causing damage to the body and breaking multiple windows. The estimated cost of the damage was over $1000 which makes the offense a Class D felony. The suspect left the scene prior to the deputy’s arrival. A warrant was taken for his arrest.
On Aug 20, 2023 at approximately 2:00 pm the suspect was arrested on the warrant and lodged at the Calloway County Detention Center on the below listed charges.

On Aug 20, 2023 at approximately 2:30 am deputies conducted a traffic stop on N. 12th Street in Murray. The vehicle had no license plate. The driver stated he had not registered it after purchasing the vehicle. During the course of the investigation the suspect was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged at the Calloway County Detention Facility on the below listed charges.

On Aug 19, 2023 just before midnight, deputies responded to Brooklyn Drive to assist Murray Police Department with an unknown dispute. Upon their arrival several subjects were outside the residence. The below listed suspect was extremely agitated and was yelling. Law Enforcement attempted to deescalate the situation but the suspect continued to create a public disturbance despite many warnings to stop. While being arrested the suspect threatened and assaulted the deputy. The deputy did not require medical treatment. He was lodged at the Calloway County Detention Center on the below listed charges.

On Aug 18, 2023 deputies conducted a traffic stop on Ky Hwy 121 Bypass South just before 4:00 pm. The driver was found to have a suspended operator’s license for DUI. The court allowed him to have an ignition interlock device, however, the vehicle he was operating was not equipped with one. This was the third time he was found to be driving on the suspended license in a 10 year period which makes this a Class D felony. He was lodged at the Calloway County Detention Facility on the below listed charge.
