On 08/13/2023, Michael Jason Ellenberger age 47 of Calvert City KY was charged with Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense, operating a motor vehicle with expired license, failure to comply with helmet law, no insurance and other traffic offenses. Deputies were called to an injury accident on Briensburg Tatumsville Road in Marshall County KY, where Ellenberger had apparently lost control of his motorcycle and thrown from the vehicle. Ellenberger was transported to Baptist Health in Paducah for treatment of his injuries.
On 08/14/2023, Harold Roy Buchmeier age 53 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and other traffic offenses. Buchmeier was arrested following a traffic stop on US 68 E in Marshall County KY.
On 08/14/2023, Howard Langston age 62 of Benton KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant charging him with trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana. When deputies arrived at the Langston residence, they observed marijuana being grown and Langston was also charged with cultivation in marijuana less than 5 plants.
On 08/12/2023, Reginald Love age 37 of Urbana IL, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Christian County for the charge of failure to appear for court. Reginald Love was also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 08/12/2023, Michael Maynard age 42 of Paducah KY, was arrested on operating a motor vehicle under the influence, resisting arrest, criminal mischief 3rd degree.
On 08/12/2023, Dustin Guidry age 23 of Murray KY, was arrested and charged with operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 2nd offense, speeding 21 mph over the limit, and other traffic offenses following a traffic stop in Marshall County on Egners Ferry Road.
On 08/13/2023, Dustin Mason age 31 of Calvert City, was arrested and charged with Operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 2nd offense, possession of open alcoholic beverage in motor vehicle and other traffic offenses.
On 08/13/2023, Walter Peck age 72 of Murray KY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense, tampering with physical evidence, speeding 21 over the limit, possession of open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and other traffic offenses.
On 08/13/2023, Deputy stopped a vehicle for speeding on US 62 in Marshall County. Subjects threw drugs, later identified as methamphetamine from the vehicle. The driver Daniel Kia Alexander age 33 of Gilbertsville KY was arrested and charged with tampering with physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), speeding and other traffic offenses. A passenger in the vehicle, Terry J Blades of Gilbertsville KY, age 29, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine) and tampering with physical evidence. Both subjects were lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
On 08/10/2023, Samantha Chilton age 22 of Benton KY, was arrested on 2 bench warrants issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charges of Contempt of Court.
On 08/10/2023, Thomas Briel, age 46 of Hickory KY, was arrested on a fugitive from another state warrant.
On 08/11/2023, Lori Vaughn age 39 of Calvert City KY, was arrested following an investigation by Marshall County Deputies with the assistance of Calvert Police and Marshall County Detention Center. Deputies recovered a purse that had been left by a Lori Vaughn. Inside the purse deputies located controlled substances. Lori had an outstanding warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines. Warrant was issued out of Graves Circuit Court. When Ms. Vaughn was taken to the Marshall County Jail, Jail staff located more controlled substances inside her person. Ms. Vaughn was arrested on the warrant, possession of controlled substance 1st degree, trafficking in a controlled substance 1st offense, promoting contraband, tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 08/08/2023, Bobby Roberts age 51 of Manchester KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant for the charge possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (Methamphetamine).
On 08/07/2023, Roxanne Fryman age 39 of Hardin KY, was cited for operating a motor vehicle with suspended license.
On 08/08/2023, Stanley McKnight, 69 of Benton KY, was arrested for alcohol intoxication in a public place.
On 08/08/2023, Roni Owens age 49 of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant from Trigg County for probation violation.
On 08/09/2023, Sharon Mclean age 28 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for Failure to appear in court.
