Rudy Linn Lyles, age 77, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital.
Rudy was born on February 28, 1946 to the late Rudy and Elizabeth Smith Lyles. He was a member of Paducah First Baptist Church. Rudy was an avid golfer, a member of Rolling Hills Country Club, and a big University of Kentucky Wildcat fan. He retired from ISP-Ashland Chemical. Rudy will be remembered by his family as a hard worker, who sacrificed and provided for his two daughters and wife.
Rudy is survived by his wife of 52 years, Sue Ella White Lyles; two daughters, Angela Lyles Craig (Clayton) of Prospect, Kentucky and Adrianna Lyles Troutman (Michael) of Paducah; one brother, Kendall Lyles of Paducah; two grandchildren, Chaney Troutman and Ella Grace Craig; and nephew, Robert Lee White.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Wayne Lyles; and his parents.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 13, 2023 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Russ Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Dooms Chapel Cemetery in Kuttawa, Kentucky.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the service time of 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 13, 2023 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
