Meteorologist Beau Dodson joined us recently on WCBL’s Coffee Call program. This time of year there is often a chance of some scattered thunderstorms and Dodson says he is often asked why some areas get a lot of rain while others only a trace. He says that is a typical pattern and it is often times just the luck of the draw. Dodson says the outlook for August is looking as if it will be a little warmer than normal.
