06/30/2023 deputies served a warrant on Donald Moore, age 61 of Marion KY, at a location off Dove Lane in Marshall County. The warrant was issued out of Livingston County circuit court for trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree, tampering with physical evidence, persistent felony offender, careless driving and possession of drug paraphernalia. During the arrest, Mr. Moore was found to be in possession of several baggies of methamphetamine packaged for easy distribution. Donald Moore was lodged in the Marshall County detention center.
On 06/29/2023 Deputies with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to an injury collision on I69 in Marshall County. Based on the investigation, Timothy Kloss, age 61 of Melber KY, was arrested and charged with Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 2nd offense with aggravating circumstances, driving on dui suspended operator’s license and 4 counts of wanton endangerment 1st degree. Other involved parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries and one victim was flown to Vanderbilt for his injuries. More details will be released at a later time.
Timothy Kloss was also arrested on a bench warrant, which was issued out of McCracken County for failure to appear in court.
On 06/28/2023, Thomas Hauenstein, age 43 of Gilbertsville KY, was served a criminal summons issued out of Calloway County for flagrant nonsupport.
