On June 22, 2023, at approximately 12:43am a Deputy with the McCracken County Sheriff Department conducted a traffic stop on South 28th Street in Paducah, KY.
Upon the vehicle coming to a stop the driver attempted to flee on foot but he was quickly taken into custody. The male subject was identified 21-year-old Dakota J Hayes of Paducah Ky. During the investigation Dakota Hayes was found to be in possession of a small amount of Methamphetamine.
Hayes was arrested and lodged into the McCracken County Regional Jail.
Dakota J Hayes:
1. No Eye Protective Device. (Motorcycle)
2. Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd degree on foot.
3. Possession of Controlled Substance First Degree, First Offence Methamphetamine.
4. Drug Paraphernalia.
5. Operating on Suspend License.
