Claudia June Stevens, age 65, of Paducah passed away at 4:39 a.m. Monday, June 19, 2023 at Baptist Health Paducah. Claudia was of Baptist faith and a 1975 graduate of Lone Oak High School. Claudia received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing and retired from Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah. She enjoyed collecting cookbooks and reading recipes. She loved to cook and share recipes and try new dishes.
Survivors include her mother, Alma Faye Howard Stevens, four brothers, Jeffery Warren Stevens (Aundrea), Hopkinsville, KY, Howard Douglas Stevens, James Gregory Stevens (Elaine) and Bryan Curtis Stevens all of Paducah; four nieces, Chelsea Brannon Stevens, Kelsey Janay Stevens, Kierstyn Lenay Stevens, Kourtney Renee (Joseph) Toebbe; two nephews; William Andrew (Courtney) Stevens and Quentin Parker Stevens; one great- niece Madeline Grace Stevens; three great- nephews; Zachary James Stevens, Michael Owen Stevens and Henry Blaise Stevens; several cousins.
Preceding in death was her father, Clyde B. Stevens.
Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, June 24, 2023 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah, with Rev. Bob Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Kenton Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until service time of noon at the funeral home.
