MCHS FFA president, chapter advisors attend FFA Leadership Conference in Washington D.C.

Ty Elrod, Marshall County High School FFA Chapter president, along with Chapter Advisors Jourdan Palmeri and Alan Smith are in Washington D.C. this week at the FFA Washington Leadership Conference. Elrod received a scholarship to attend the conference from the Kentucky FFA Foundation.

The Washington Leadership Conference provides FFA members with leadership experience while exposing them to the history of Washington D.C. Along with conference sessions each day, attendees will also tour National Monuments, Capitol Hill, Arlington National Cemetery and National Mall Museums.
