John Charles Coburn, age 67, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at his home.
John was born in Winter Haven Florida on Saturday, March 3, 1956 to Dallas and Kathryn Coburn. He served his country in the U.S. Army, and was proud to be a military veteran. He was a Nascar fan, especially of Dale Earnhardt, Sr. His Christian faith was very important to him and he will be remembered for his “caring heart”.
Mr. Coburn is survived by his wife of 45 years, Lavonda Huling Coburn; his daughters, Tonya Keller (Jeremy) of Pana, Illinois, Rachelle Sikes of Mayfield, Kentucky and Amie Coburn of Paducah; his sons, John Charles Coburn, Jr. of North Ft. Myers, Florida and Joshua Coburn of Paducah; his sister, Jo Kathy King (Hugh) of Boaz, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Jessie Keller, Kathryn Perez, Taylor Keller, Bessie Keller, Olivia Keller, Brittnie Coburn, Tyler Corrigan and Payton Sikes; his great grandchildren, Natalie and Jose Perez.
Mr. Coburn was preceded in death by his parents, Dallas Eldridge Coburn and Kathryn Irene Hayes Coburn.
A memorial service with Military Funeral Honors is scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Sunday, June 11, 2023 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Homes with John Charles Coburn, Jr. officiating.
