Four individuals were charged with drug offenses this week during separate investigations in McCracken County.
On 06/05/2023, a deputy stopped a vehicle for traffic infractions on Clay Street in Paducah at approximately 2:47AM. The driver of the vehicle was identified as 38-year-old Antonyo D. Smith of Paducah. During the stop, it was determined that Smith allegedly ate baggies of Cocaine. Smith was transported to an area hospital by ambulance for treatment where he was then cited to court. Smith was out on bond out of McCracken County for drug offenses when this occurred.
On 06/05/2023, detectives with the drug unit conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for numerous traffic infractions. The driver was identified as 37-year-old Rachel Rozwalka of McCracken County. During the stop, Sheriff’s Office K-9 “Bobi”, a narcotic’s detection K-9, alerted to the odor of illegal narcotics coming from the vehicle. During a search of the vehicle, detectives located Ronzwalka’s purse that contained approximately 20 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine. Rozwalka was arrested.
On 06/06/2023, detectives with the drug unit received information alleging that illegal drug activities were taking place at a hotel located at 3851 Hinkleville Road. Detectives located 28-year-old Travis Sanders of Cookville, TN, inside the room. During a search of the room, detectives located Methamphetamine and smoking pipes. Sanders was arrested and lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
On 06/07/2023, detectives with the drug unit conducted an investigation that led to the arrest of 33-year-old Jonathan O. Bledsoe of La Center, KY, in the parking lot of a business located at 5750 Benton Road. Bledsoe was arrested after he sold a quantity of Methamphetamine. During a search of Bledsoe’s vehicle detectives located additional Methamphetamine, scales, baggies, and a loaded 9mm handgun. Bledsoe is a convicted felon and unable to lawfully possess firearms. During the investigation detectives seized a total of 183 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine and a small amount of Marijuana. Bledsoe was lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
