Luis Benito Benitez, 30, of Fulton, Kentucky passed away on Monday, May 29, 2023.
Luis was born in Anaheim, California on October 27, 1992 to Jose Luis Benitez and Rosa Elvira Hinojosa Gonzales. He worked construction for Rodriguez Builders. Luis always kept busy and could fix just about anything. He loved helping others and always had a smile on his face. Luis was of the Catholic faith.
He is survived by his wife, Magaly Alvarez Benitez of Colima, Mexico; son, Jorge Luis Benitez Alvarez; daughter, Sofia Denisse Benitez Alvarez; one brother, Jorge Antonio Cortez Hinojosa; one sister, Adriana Hinojosa Gonzalez; his father, Jose Luis Benitez; his mother, Rosa Elvira Hinojosa Gonzales; his adopted Ramirez family, Erika, Jesus, Hector, Alejandro, Lezlie, Lexie and Jesus Jr. Ramirez.
A funeral mass will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mayfield, KY.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, June 2, 2023 at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, Kentucky.
