Wayne Jesse Meinders, 92, of Metropolis passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023, at Parkview Nursing and Rehab in Paducah.
Wayne was a preacher of the gospel, a farmer and member of Suwanee Church of Christ in Kuttawa, KY.
Surviving are his two twin children, Curtis Wayne Meinders and Cheryl Ann Morrison; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Florence Korte; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Lena Meinders; his wife, Mary Meinders; one brother; and two sisters.
A memorial will be held to honor and remember him.
