Terence Byron Mattingly, age 56, died on Friday, May 12, 2023.
Terry was born in Louisville, Kentucky on September 17, 1966, to Herman Mattingly and the late Rosemary Miller.
Terry is survived by three sons, Jason Mattingly (Kayla) of Bluffton, South Carolina, Phillip Miller of Brandenburg, Kentucky and Blake Meadors of Louisville, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Liam, Hayden and Kayleigh Mattingly. He is also survived by his father, Herman Mattingly; two sisters, Susan Mattingly (Glenn) of Shepherdsville, Kentucky and Carol Miller (Deanie) of Carrollton, Kentucky; three brothers, Michael Mattingly (Elizabeth), Kevin Mattingly and Larry Mattingly all of Louisville, Kentucky; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He will be missed by all the above.
He was a painter who was very proud of his skills. He loved fishing, walking in the woods, frisbee golf, jigsaw puzzles, vacationing at the beach, driving fast and was known to be able to fix almost anything.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Rosemary Byron Miller and sister, Lisa Ann Broxson.
No services will be held at this time.
