Benjamin Hollis, age 60 of Hardin KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for failure to appear in court.
Haley Sloat, age 22 of Clifton Township MI, was charged with possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree (Psilocybin mushrooms), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, speeding.
Loriann Forbes, age 28 of Hopkinsville KY, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended license and speeding.
Larry French, age 54 of Murray KY, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of a KY epo/DVO.
Corey Fornal, age 47 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Whitney Perez, age 34 of Calvert City KY, was charged with driving on a DUI suspended license, no license to be in possession.
Rebecca Earls, age 47 of Murray KY, was charged with failure to maintain insurance, no registration plate. and failure to produce insurance card.
Patrick Woodruff, age 27 of Princeton, KY, was charged with operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license.
Thomas Crank, age 19 of Cadiz KY, was charged with operating on a suspended license, failure to notify address change to department of transportation, speeding 16 mph over limit.
Sandra Lach, age 48 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 2nd offense, possession of marijuana.
Juan Zurbanco, age 28 of unknown address, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing 3rd.
Bryson Conkright, age 22 of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of McCracken County district Court for failure to appear. Mr. Conkright was also served a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit court and charged with possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl), and wanton endangerment.
Robert Guess, age 69 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with terroristic threatening 3rd degree and assault 4th degree.
Luis Villegasesqunca, age 26 of Elgin IL, was charged with reckless driving, speeding 99 in a 70 MPH zone, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Maggie Jo Ward, age 47 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Many unlocked vehicles in the city of Benton were entered unlawfully during the overnight hours. PLEASE!! Lock all vehicles and structures and remove valuables from your vehicles. Michael Phillips, age 38 of Benton KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for Sodomy 1st degree victim under 12 – 4 counts, incest victim under 12 -4 counts, Incest-2 counts, criminal abuse 1st degree-3 counts, Sodomy 3rd degree-2 counts, terroristic threatening 3rd degree, indecent exposure 1st degree.
Brandon Cox, age 41 of Benton KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Co Circuit Court for the charges of possession of controlled substance (Methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, persistent felony offender, bail jumping.
Jordan Back, age 18 of Gilbertsville KY, was served a criminal summons issued out of Livingston district court for the charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of substances, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no operators license, failure to produce insurance card.
