This past weekend, the Wireless Zone store at 378B W 5th St in Benton held a shelter animal adoption event with Marshall County Animal Care and Control as a part of the retailer’s Rescues Rock initiative. Adoptable animals of Marshall County Animal Care and Control were on-hand at the retail location throughout Saturday, where many found their “furever” homes. The Rescues Rock initiative comes as a part of Wireless Zone’s focus to better the communities in which they operate.
Local residents can still support Wireless Zone’s Rescues Rock initiative through in-store pet supply drives for needed items of local animal rescues. Items stores will be accepting include, but are not limited to: gently used towels and blankets, cat and dog toys, treats, collars, leashes and pet beds. Supply drives run until May 31, and citizens can find their nearest Wireless Zone store by visiting here.
