
Stanley David Merideth, age 45, of Paducah, passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023 at his residence.
Stanley was born on February 14, 1978 in Minot, North Dakota. He served his country in the United States Air Force. He was an avid gamer who enjoyed Magic: The Gathering along with Dungeons and Dragons and World of Warcraft. Though Stanley could be a brat, he was always creative, sweet, kind, and supportive. He was a beloved friend to all that knew him making sure to always check on those he cared for and to make time for them even through his own hard times.
Stanley is survived by his life partners, Lainie and Evie Wedgewood; his mother, Freddi Killius Woodruff (Edward) of Maceo, Kentucky; his father, Jimmy Merideth of Cyprus, Illinois; three sisters, Callie Merideth (David) of Ashville, North Carolina, Jammy Noble (Rick) of New Columbia, Illinois, Christy Estes of Maceo, Kentucky; three brothers, Nathan Merideth (Holly) of Maceo, Kentucky, Jacob Woodruff (Casey) of Whitesville, Kentucky, Zachary Woodruff of Maceo, Kentucky; his aunt, Kathy Johnson (Mark) of Thebes, Illinois; his uncles, Pistol Merideth of Cyprus, Illinois, Jack Merideth of Cyprus, Illinois; 13 nieces and nephews, four great nieces and great nephews along with his best friend and companion, his emotional support dog, Ollie and his found family Vince and Angie Moreno , Deron Wood, Leigh Johnston, and Max McDonald.
Per Stanley’s wish, there will be no services.
