Mr. Michael D. Weber, age 85, of Mayfield passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at his residence. Michael was born in Indianapolis, IN on July 1, 1937 to John Michael “Jack” and Mary Virginia Weber.
He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, a retired contractor and a U.S. Navy veteran serving honorably as a pipefitter on the U.S.S. Hornet.
Mr. Weber is survived by two sons, Steve (Kelly) Weber of Mayfield, KY and Eric (Christina) Weber of Evergreen, CO; one daughter, Leslie Weber of Paducah, KY; two sisters, Gail Hand of Nevada and Julie (Bill) Aurand of Simi Valley, CA; eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy C. Weber; his twin brother, Phillip D. Weber; his parents; and one grandchild, Cullen Weber Gream.
Funeral services for Mr. Michael D. Weber will be 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Father Eric Riley will officiate. Inurnment will be at a later date at Maplewood Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearers will be Johnny Winslow, Tim Wallis, Bob Adams, Joe Kimbel and Billy Blackwell.
Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
