On March 28th, 2023, at approximately 1546 hours deputies were
dispatched to the intersection of Old Mayfield and Berger Road for a
two-vehicle collision with injuries.
Investigation revealed Jennifer Hendrix, 61, was operating a 2019
Ford Ranger south on Old Mayfield Road and approaching the Berger Road
intersection. As Jennifer Hendrix approached the intersection, a 1985
blue Chevrolet truck operated by Joyce Copeland entered the
intersection and the two vehicles collided.
Jennifer Hendrix, Joyce Copeland, and Heather Miller were all
transported to local hospitals by Mercy Regional EMS with
non-incapacitating injuries.
The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Hendron
Fire Department, Mercy Regional EMS, and Speedys Towing.
