- Zachary Lee, age 30 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested and charged with operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 2nd offense.
- Tammy Griggs, age 49 of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall County Circuit Court for Contempt of Court.
- Christopher Lane, age 43 of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for probation violation.
- Raymond Ryles, age 45 of Paducah KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for violation of conditions of release. Charges stemmed from an investigation initiated by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.
- Trevor Fowler, age 30 of Hardin KY, was arrested and charged with Stalking 1st degree.

KSP Seeking Non-Compliant Sex Offender
Hickory, Ky. – KSP Troopers are seeking a man wanted for failing to comply with the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry. Nathan Ham, 55, was released from the Pike County Detention Center in 2022 and registered an address in Marshall County. After attempting to verify his compliance, troopers determined that Ham had never lived at the address. Nathan Ham has ties to Marshall County, Henry County and Pike County Kentucky. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Nathan Ham are asked to contact their local Kentucky State Police Post. Trooper Burgess
